Returnable packaging
What is returnable packaging?
Returnable packaging — sometimes called returnable material handling or reusable packaging — is durable, engineered steel and foam packaging built to run many trips in a closed loop instead of being used once and thrown away. Where expendable cardboard, wood, and stretch wrap are a recurring cost that still lets parts get damaged, returnable packaging is a one-time capital investment that lowers cost per trip and protects the part every trip.
As a returnable packaging manufacturer and not a broker, Southern Perfection Fabrication engineers each program in-house with SolidWorks, then laser-cuts, forms, robotic-welds, and powder-coats it under one roof in Byron, GA — the same way we delivered a 300+ engine-rack fleet in about half the quoted lead time.
