Quick-turn fabrication

What quick-turn fabrication means.

Quick-turn metal fabrication is about compressing the time between your drawing and finished parts — rapid quoting, fast turnaround and short lead times on prototype and low-volume work, without sacrificing quality. For quick turn sheet metal especially, the bottleneck is usually the quote and the number of vendors a part has to pass through before it’s done.

At Southern Perfection Fabrication, quoting is fast: most jobs quote within 1–2 business days once we have a drawing or STEP file. Because cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly all live under one roof — no shipping parts between shops — a quick-turn part moves through fabrication as a single, traceable job on one purchase order.

That one-roof model is what separates us from online-only quoters. Rather than handing back only laser-cut and bent blanks, we take a quick-turn job all the way to a welded, finished, assembled part — in the same building that runs our sheet metal fabrication and full custom metal fabrication.
