What is contract manufacturing?

Contract manufacturing is outsourcing the production of your parts and assemblies to a partner who builds them to your specification. In build-to-print fabrication you own the design and supply the drawings; we own the production, quality and on-time delivery. It lets OEMs add capacity, secure a reliable second-source supplier, and turn a print into a finished, shippable product without buying and staffing the equipment themselves.

Our 100,000 sq ft plant runs the full multi-process chain — laser cutting, forming, plate rolling, welding, machining, finishing and assembly — under one roof, so OEM fabrication programs stay on a single purchase order instead of moving between vendors. One turnkey supplier for the whole part: large-format TRUMPF fiber laser cutting, forming on a 230-ton press brake, plate rolling, 30+ MIG stations plus FANUC robotic welding, in-house machining and powder coating — then assembly, kitting and packaging. Running laser, form, weld, machine, finish and assemble in the same building removes the vendor handoffs, freight and lead time that come with a fragmented supply chain.

Contract programs rarely end at a bare part. We powder coat and wet-paint in large ovens, then handle mechanical contract assembly — installing hardware, fasteners and purchased components — plus kitting and packaging, so a program ships as a finished, ready-to-install product. Blanket orders and scheduled releases let you right-size inventory and hold predictable pricing across long production runs.
