Aerospace machining and defense metal fabrication under one 100,000 sq ft roof — precision machined parts on our CNC turning and milling centers held to ±0.005", sheet-metal enclosures, weld fixtures, and tooling. Est. 1982, SPF cuts on a large-format TRUMPF fiber laser, forms on a 230-ton press brake, and welds across 30+ MIG stations plus FANUC robotic welding with many AWS-certified welders.

Beyond the machined and fabricated parts, we build ground support equipment (GSE), transit and storage protection, and ruggedized containers — from custom crating to military shipping crates that carry high-value assets through the field. In-house SolidWorks design keeps build-to-print work and program tooling moving without an outside handoff.

Every program run starts with dimensional verification. Our quality and inspection team performs first-article and in-process CMM inspection against your print, so precision machined parts, weld fixtures, and tooling ship to spec at ±0.005".

Traceability follows the part from raw stock to shipment — material certs, inspection records, and lot tracking that hold up to a government audit. Send a print and requirements and we will confirm the inspection plan and documentation package before the first cut.
