Custom metal parts are components built to your specification rather than pulled from a catalog — a bracket, enclosure, mount, plate, hopper, chute or weldment made to the exact size, material and finish your application needs. You supply a drawing, CAD file or a physical sample, and we turn it into a finished part.

Southern Perfection Fabrication makes custom metal parts and components end to end — we cut, form, machine, weld and finish under one roof in the same 100,000 sq ft plant, so a part goes from raw steel to a coated, inspected component on a single purchase order instead of moving between vendors.

We build custom parts in carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and brass — from one-off prototypes to repeatable production — as part of complete custom manufacturing, and we add in-house precision machining when a part needs machined features. Backed by our ISO 9001 quality system and CAGE 2W654 registration.

Laser-cut and formed on a press brake to 230 tons, joined by AWS-certified welders across 30+ MIG stations plus FANUC robotic welding, with plate rolling for cylindrical and curved parts. Prototype through production for OEM and industrial buyers across the Southeast.

Our in-house SolidWorks team can reverse-engineer a sample or refine a concept, and CMM inspection verifies critical dimensions before the part ships. It is a true prototype-to-production path — the same processes that build your first article scale to full production volumes, all backed by our ISO 9001 quality system and CAGE 2W654 registration.

Carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and brass in sheet, plate, tube and structural forms — cut, formed, machined and welded to your part. Finished in-house with powder coat in large powder ovens or wet paint, so parts arrive coated, inspected and ready to install. TRUMPF fiber laser cutting and forming to ±0.005″ keep parts accurate and repeatable.
