Sheet metal fabrication is the process of cutting, forming, and joining flat metal sheet into finished parts and assemblies — brackets, panels, enclosures, chassis, and more. It combines cutting, press-brake forming, and welding to turn a flat blank into a precise, repeatable part.

Most sheet metal fabrication work starts as brackets, panels, and enclosures — but the same line turns out chassis, cabinets, covers, housings, boxes, consoles, trays, and shrouds. Whether it's a single mounting bracket or a fully welded electrical enclosure, we cut, form, and join it to your drawing.

Parts move from laser cutting and CNC punching straight into forming, welding, and finishing, so a flat blank becomes a finished, ready-to-install assembly without leaving the plant.

Gauges, materials & tolerances.

We fabricate cold-rolled and galvanized steel, stainless 304/316, and aluminum, in gauges from roughly 7ga through 24ga. Forming runs on a press brake to 230 tons, and CNC punching and PEM hardware insertion add louvers, threaded studs, and standoffs where your print calls for them.

Deburring and finishing steps keep edges clean and parts consistent, and CMM inspection holds tight tolerances down to ±0.005" where the drawing demands it — verified against your dimensions before parts ship.

The same one-roof shop handles a first-article prototype and a repeatable production program. Laser cutting, CNC punching, press-brake forming/bending, welding, and finishing all live under one roof, so a proven prototype scales into volume without re-sourcing.
