A machine base has to be flat, rigid, and dead-on where the equipment mounts. We fabricate heavy weldment bases and frames, then machine the critical surfaces flat and to tolerance so your machinery sits true.

How we build it
We cut and fit the structure, weld it (MIG and robotic), stress-relieve where needed for stability, then machine the mounting surfaces flat and to print on our CNC equipment.
Materials & finish: Carbon steel and structural steel · machined surfaces to ±0.005″ where required. Run your numbers or send a print through an RFQ, or see all custom fabrication.

Yes — we offer assembly, so the base can ship built up and ready.
