Southern Perfection Fabrication runs a precision machine shop that serves Raleigh, NC and the Research Triangle — Durham, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest and Chapel Hill — from our 100,000 sq ft plant in Byron, GA. We’ll be honest about it: we are not a local Raleigh machine shop you can drive parts to. We are a regional shop that freight-serves the Triangle, roughly 380 miles up through the Carolinas on I-85 and I-40. The Triangle’s life-sciences and tech OEMs, its food and beverage processors, data centers and small-to-mid manufacturers order machined parts to print, and that’s our lane. We turn and mill brackets, shafts, bosses, fixtures and machined weldments in carbon and stainless steel and aluminum, holding tolerances to ±0.005in and verifying them on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). When a part needs to be laser-cut, formed or welded before it’s machined, that happens under the same roof — no second vendor, no shipping between shops.
