An automotive OEM came to Southern Perfection looking for a dependable partner to build custom parts to their drawings. They needed more than a shop that could make one part once — they needed a second source that could hold spec consistently, keep parts moving, and take pressure off a single supply chain without adding risk.

What we did

Built to print, under one roof.

We took the customer's drawings and produced their custom parts end to end in the same building — cut, formed, welded, machined and finished to print. Handling the full process under one roof kept the parts consistent, cut the handoffs between vendors, and gave the customer a single point of accountability for quality and delivery.

Cut & Form

Laser cutting and press-brake forming to the drawing, on a 230-ton press brake and TRUMPF fiber laser.

Machining

Precision CNC machining to typical tolerances of ±0.005″ for critical features.

Welding

Weldments joined across 30+ MIG stations and FANUC robotic welding for repeatable results.

Finish & Inspect

Finished to spec and verified with CMM inspection under our ISO 9001 system.
