The job
What you’ll do.
- MIG weld weldments, racks, frames and structures to print
- Set up your station and run FANUC robotic welding cells
- Read blueprints and weld symbols
- Inspect your own work and hit production targets
- Keep your area safe and clean
You
What we’re looking for.
- MIG welding experience in a production shop
- Able to read blueprints and weld symbols
- AWS certification a plus — we support it
- Reliable, safety-minded, takes pride in a clean weld
Schedule & pay
What we offer.
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday–Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday–Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
