The job

What you’ll do.

  • Prep parts — clean, mask and hang for coating
  • Apply powder coating in the booth
  • Run parts through our large powder ovens
  • Check coverage, color and finish quality
  • Keep the finishing area clean and safe

Schedule & pay

What we offer.

Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday–Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday–Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
