- Lead and schedule the powder coating / finishing area
- Run and tune the line and large powder ovens
- Train and pace painters — including new hires we’re training
- Own finish and color quality
- Keep the area safe and on schedule

- Some lead, crew or supervisory experience
- Strong on quality and process

Schedule & pay
What we offer.
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday–Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday–Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
