- Program, set up and run CNC mills and lathes
- Assign work and mentor machinists
- Own quality to print — work to ±0.005"

- Experienced machinist with CNC setup and programming
- Lead or supervisory experience
- Strong blueprint reading and precision inspection
- Wants to run a shop and build a team
Schedule & pay
What we offer.
Full-time, direct hire in Byron, GA. Overtime available. Shifts: Monday–Thursday day shift (four 10-hour days), Friday–Sunday weekend shifts, and night shifts. We provide training, a retention bonus, and a real path to grow.
